My mom and I took a long weekend trip to New Orleans and stayed Margaret’s. The description of the Airbnb is very accurate. The king size beds are super comfy. The Airbnb is located in a safe and great location. I felt comfortable walking by myself during the day. We took Ubers at night, but the Ubers were very cheap. The airbnb is a 5 min walk to the streetcar which can take you to touristy areas, such as the French Quarter, or to the Botanical Gardens/Museum of Art in less than 30 mins. The streetcars come every 20 mins.
Only caveat is the door lock system. They use the August app to lock/unlock the door. Margaret initially sends a code to enter into the house on the first day, and then you can use the app. I used the code throughout the stay to preserve my phone battery. Door is easy to lock when using the app, but not so much when you enter the code. You can ask for a physical key, which I forgot to do. Overall, loved our stay.
