My sister & I spent a few nights here for a weekend getaway. The location is great – far enough from the quarter that it’s quiet & clean but still close enough to shops/market & just a few blocks walk to the streetcar line. We both walked through the area at night & m, while there are no street lights, we never felt unsafe or had any issues. Again the area is much more desirable than the quarter so there weren’t any suspect characters wandering around. The house was clean and comfortable and we loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings & the backyard for breakfast in the morning.
