New, clean, excellent unit. Mike is phenomenal at responding, usually in well under 5 minutes. Exactly as pictured. AC is cold which was great. Comfortable bed with nice linens. Bottom line is this is a 5 star experience in NOLA and well worth booking. Excellent host and a new, clean, well furnished and comfortable space.
