Overall great host and very responsive. Having a lot of rooms and bathroom was a plus for our big group! The location was close to everything, but the neighborhood didn’t feel the safest. We did come home one night to several homeless people hanging out on the porch. Frequent EMS and fire trucks parked across the street with lights flashing at night
