Perfect location for a family to visit the Zoo, and Aquarium-12min each direction. Bigger than pictured. Private little back yrd area. 12ft away from a breakfast/ brunch brick and mortar. Home is beautifully renovated. Area is quiet just off popular Magazine st. The only 2 things we had an issue was the pillows in the bedrooms and the couch in Living room. Awesome find at a great price. We are a family of 5!
