Rental not far from Bourbon area, neighborhood is mixed. Rental was relatively clean and spacious. Most of the window blinds throughout house cant be adjusted and had to be left open as they were broken or didnt have mechanism to close. The guest bathroom light/fan appears to have black mold or is in need of a good cleaning, shower rod and curtain hangars severly rusted; was a cause for concern. The master bath with tub has a shower head that shot water everywhere and the shower/tub was unuseable. The other shower only area is very small, water pressure is very weak. Wifi was extremely weak and the TV provided was inoperable due to the weak signal, used cell data all weekend. Found clothing under bed from previous renters along with plenty of dust. Based on photos and write up expectations were not met, wouldnt rent again unless the issues were addressed.
