The best part of this condo was its location. We were here right before Mardi Gras which still entails a lot of festivities including parades. The condo is less than a block away from the parade route which was really fun. Regardless, the condo is in walking distance to everywhere…restaurants, French Quarter, riverwalk, bars, shops, etc. Mike’s pictures to access the condo was extremely helpful, although it is a bit difficult to physically get into the building as other individuals staying in the building also needed help (the door is hard to get open). We were a party of 4 and had plenty of space…huge living area, open kitchen, bedrooms were good size. We had plenty of amenities and there was nothing we felt was missing. The property management company was extremely responsive and constantly sent us communications before and during the trip. If you are looking for a key location, this is the place to stay.
