The Good: Convenient to CBD & French Quarter by foot.
The Good: Convenient to CBD & French Quarter by foot. Nicely remodeled 2BR on inside. Clean. Reasonably priced compared to nearby hotels. Good communication.
The Bad: Front BR gets an incredible amount of noise from the street, even though it’s a side street. Even awakened me with ear plugs. Not constant, but know this going in. Derelicts sitting or lying on the street’s sidewalk day & night; however, that’s to be expected this close to the Quarter. There were a bunch of them the entire way to the Quarter.
Other: Maybe “skyline views” is in the eye of the beholder, but one window’s view consists mostly of the parking garage across the street & the other window a parking lot; both have bits of some nearby tall buildings in sight. It’s hard to view a skyline when in the skyline. Still would have stayed there for the convenience, but it seems like puffery.
