The house was exactly what we needed: central location, convenient floorplan, comprehensive amenities, child-friendly, clean & well-organized, modern kitchen, easy parking, and a safe & quiet neighborhood. We stay in Mid-City every year to visit family, and this was definitively more-than-a-cut-above the typical, dubiously-maintained shotgun. There were a few minor quirks (fold-out couch droops on one end, a few light bulbs were out, front blinds were wonky) that we expect the owner will sort out. Highly recommended…while it lasts, as the property is for sale.
