The location is excellent, right next to the French Quarter and Frenchmen Street, with restaurants, music venues, attractions, and a small market all within easy walking distance. It was very convenient for exploring New Orleans without having to drive.
The apartment has two lovely, comfortable bedrooms, and we were very happy with them. However, we had an important issue with the sofa bed in the living room. It would not open completely or lie flat, even though we needed to use it as an additional sleeping space. This caused considerable inconvenience during our stay, and the sofa-bed mechanism should definitely be inspected and repaired.
Another drawback is the very small food-preparation area and the small dining table, which may be inconvenient for a family or a larger group.
