the location was perfect for me- I was babysitting my 6 yr old granddaughter so the local playground and walking path were great. The backyard is fully fenced with a covered patio and tree making it very pleasant even on a really hot afternoon. The neighborhood is active until ~ 10 pm. Then there is a lot of light but quiet. Close groceries and Parkway Tavern was good for a meal out treat.
