The place was clean and had great amenities. having 3 bathrooms was especially helpful with 4 rooms and 7 guests. very spacious. The house was great and seemed newly renovated and was a 10-15min Uber to main destinations like French Quarter and downtown. There are a few nice restaurants around as well. The neighborhood didn’t seem the best and had an abandoned house right next to ours. There is no pool lights so a night swim is out of question. We wished there were multiple keys or an electronic lock especially for house that can host a party of 8. But other than that, it was a good deal.
I appreciated how proactive the host was with sending a maintainence team with the bathroom issue we faced and cleaning the pool..
