The place was in a very convenient location, spotless, and had everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host clearly put thought into providing all the essentials, which made things easy and stress‑free. The host is very responsive and responds quickly. The complimentary in‑and‑out parking was a huge plus and made things very convenient.
That said, I do want to be honest for future guests: the surrounding area has a significant homeless presence. We saw many individuals shooting up drugs, lying on the sidewalks, and even hanging around the outside of the building. On one occasion, a man was lingering very close to the entry door, seemingly trying to get the entry code. Because of this, I strongly recommend not leaving any valuables in your car and being extra aware when entering and exiting the building.
Inside the Airbnb, however, everything was wonderful, and the host clearly put thought into making the stay comfortable.
