This home is in a great location for most typical New Orleans activities. The garage parking immediately across the street was perfect! Around 10pm on Fri night, our music crept to what’s louder than acceptable for downstairs neighbors; we were sent a polite text from the home owner, which I felt was a very great way of handling things. Since the downstairs neighbors heard our music, which I don’t believe was that loud since I hate loud music when people are trying to talk, I’m guessing the floors must be a little thin or maybe we found a vent that echoes. Either way, the host was not rude with the message to turn the music down; for that, I’m grateful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Mike’s place again in the future.
