This home was perfect for our trip to New Orleans. Myself, husband and elderly father spent three nights enjoying our mini vacation and this home and location checked all my boxes.
A short walk up the street will take you to a Whole Foods store for food and beverage supplies and 25 minute walk down the Lefitte Greenway will take you to the French Quarter.
After we arrived and settled in, my husband and I drove a few minutes over to City Park where we rented bikes and explored the Park. When we returned home we ordered take out from the vegan friendly Soule’ Cafe.
The next day my husband and I walked down the Greenway to explore the French Quarter and Jackson square. For lunch a quick drive to Sweet Soulfood a vegan soul food restaurant. After a nap, we took an Uber to the Sazerac House to learn all about this New Orleans drink. Dinner was a short 5 minute drive to Addis NOLA Ethiopian restaurant. A very enjoyable day.
On our last day we took an Uber into the FQ for some poboys at KillerP Poboys. We then drove down around Jean Lefitte to Louisiana Swamp Tours to see the Alligators. Very enjoyable tour… saw plenty of Alligators and held a baby.
Check in and Check out very easy. The online Manual has all the information you need. Response time to questions fast and friendly.
Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, laundry and dish detergent provided. House is extremely clean. As I said this home checked all my boxes. We had a wonderful experience.
