This house is everything you would need for a group stay in NOLA. Beautifully renovated, everything feels luxury and brand new. The outdoor space is chill and the driveway is a nice touch (although keep in mind that it’s very narrow, so most cars will fit but bigger SUVs might be a tight squeeze). We had an SUV and we just parked it right in front with no issues.
The house is very close to everything in the city (within 5-10min drive/Uber). The neighborhood is definitely a little industrial/developing but doesn’t feel unsafe. You can tell that the neighborhood is up and coming and being renovated on numerous blocks.
The host is extremely attentive with communication and needs. Had to contact them multiple times for small things (batteries, supplies, etc.) and each time they responded and sent someone over quickly.
Overall, if you’re looking for a good stay at a decent price point and location in NOLA, this place is great!
