This is a great place. Super clean, well supplied and nicely decorated. It is close enough to the FQ, Frenchmen St and Treme to be able to walk there but not have to stay in those busier neighborhoods. The CBD is quieter in the evening save for the sound of the streetcars which are very easy to get to from the apartment. As with all urban environments, you have to be cautious and aware of your surroundings. The hosts were super responsive to a minor plumbing issue and it was resolved promptly. They had great advice on where to store luggage if you have a gap of time between check out/in and flight. The only downside of the location is the extremely loud garbage truck that comes through twice every night at 3am and 5am to empty the dumpsters of the building across the street. Bring earplugs or roshambo your travel mates for the bedroom in the back. The internet connection was spotty & slow but that maybe had to do more with the serviceprovider. Would definitely stay again!
