This is a very nicely renovated place, sparkling clean. Three comfortable bedrooms, 2.5 bath, great kitchen, washer/dryer. Plenty of space for 6. Nice dining table and seating, we didn’t use the living area, other than to put on our shoes…..couch wasn’t very comfortable.
The neighborhood was interesting, definitely turning over…lots of rehabs, the whole block across the street was empty, and construction on large building a block down. Right next to a cute breakfast / lunch place, a new Pickleball bar down the block….and a Rooster waking us up at 6AM. (yep you read that right). Never felt unsafe, of concerned about the area.
5 minutes from warehouse district…5 minutes from Tipitina’s, 5 minute walk to Magazine street….real easy access to Uptown. We would stay here again!
