This is an excellent place. As you can see on a map, there is a ton around you. City Park has tons to do and so does the neighborhood. If you know anything about New Orleans neighborhoods, this is a great one. Dense houses with a variety of character within it.
This home is well restored with the original shotgun floor plan. I love that they didn’t just strip the walls out and turn everything grey. There is a ton of charm and the place was spotless.
Can’t go wrong with this, for the location or the home itself.
