This place was a great find on air bnb! We loved the walkable area, just off of Magazine Street. There were several really good restaurants within a 2-10 min walk, as well as a few coffee options. French Quarter/Bourbon Street was a short Lyft away, or a 30 min walk or so. The area felt really safe, we loved the gated parking, and the space was clean and roomy for 2 people and our dog. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone!
