This unit was clean, well-situated, quiet, and safe, exactly what you want in New Orleans, where some of those qualities can be hard to find. The team communicated well, particularly when an act of God dropped 6 inches of rain on the city in 6 hours, knocking out water and sewer for a bit. They were way ahead of the local news sites in knowing what was happening. We’d stay in this unit again, readily and happily, knowing we are well-tended. (The unit probably could use a dresser, but closet shelves worked for us.)
