Upon arrival, the location was easy to find. The apt.home is located in the rear of the house, upstairs. The entry lock was difficult to unlock but an immediate response from Andrew for assistance and entry was successful. The place was very clean and looked better than anticipated with small appliances (keurig) included which was a plus. Our visit was during the winter and the home felt warm and comfortable. I love the Mardi Gras theme decorations and bullentin w/ suggestions to make our stay an enjoyable experience. The only minor hiccup we had was streaming the roku, log in. Andrew came up immediately and fixed it right away. I appreciate the owner accepting pets and supplied snacks and cleaning bags. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and recommend others to this fabulous home. Thank you Nia, Andrew and Mike! We look forward to visiting again.
