We had a wonderful stay. Mike was extremely responsive and sent someone to take care of a few issues during our stay. There were a few minor issues like the thermostats needing batteries and TV not working. Mike sent someone to fix the TV within 12 hours of us reaching out. The location is wonderful – close proximity to family. I’m sure the pool would be nice in-season. This is a very unique place and a great way to spend time in NOLA.
