We needed a place for 4 college buddies to have

We needed a place for 4 college buddies to have a reunion. The house was big enough for 4 grown men. Each bedroom had a good sized bed. The master had an en suite bathroom, the other three had two hall baths between them.
Plenty of parking behind the house and on the street.
The kitchen was big enough to meet our needs.
