We recently stayed at Mike’s condo in New Orleans which is on the third floor of a building in the central business district. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay (kitchen, washer/dryer, plenty of towels and blankets). Not knowing the area very well, being from out of state, we loved the neighborhood and were very happy with how walkable the area was and we felt safe throughout our time there. It was just a short walk to Canal Street and the French Quarter as well as the Warehouse district, with many cafes, bars and restaurants accessible without needing transportation. It’s also walkable to the Superdome if you’re in town for one of the games. We would definitely recommend it if you’re visiting and we would stay there again.
