We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Upon arrival, there was an unforeseen issue (involving water that had been left on) with the downstairs unit we had rented. It was quickly resolved and we were moved to the upstairs unit. Response time was quick and the problem was dealt with in less than 15 minutes. The house was beautiful, the beds comfy and everyone had their own space! The location was great-10 minutes travel time to the Quarter by car. We were given great suggestions for food and activities! We would definitely stay again when we come back to New Orleans!
