We truly enjoyed our stay in Chateaux Esplanade. The unit is roomy and comfortable. It’s as advertised in the description and pictures. The bed is very cozy with plenty of pillows.
Nia is very easy to communicate with and Mark and Blair came out within thirty minutes of my call about the TV. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a great location to the French Quarter and Frenchmen Street. You don’t need a car in this area; easy accessible to Ubers.
I had a little problem with the water in the bathroom, but once Mark came out we figured out that the hot water is on the cold side, and it takes a couple of seconds to get hot, so when using the shower keep that in mind and there is plenty of hot water. Use the menu on the thermostat to turn on the heat if needed. The unit has a nice seating area in the courtyard, too.
This is one of the best Airbnb that I have stayed in, “Laissez les bon temps rouler”.
