What a fantastic place! My husband and I used to live in New Orleans, and during a recent visit we decided to stay in Algiers Point.
The loft is beautifully designed and feels like a real home rather than a typical rental. The decor is thoughtful and unique, with wonderful colors and a cozy bohemian feel. The open layout made the space feel large and there were comfortable places to relax, work, and eat.
Everything was absolutely spotless. The entire space smelled fresh and was impeccably clean, from the bathroom to the linens. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the pillows were great, and even the couch was comfortable enough to curl up on after a day of exploring. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which is no small thing in New Orleans. The neighborhood is peaceful, charming, and feels like a true local experience. There are two excellent restaurants and a great taco spot within walking distance. We can’t wait to stay here again!
