Notes

• Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. Early check-in is available up to 1pm for $50 which is used to hire an extra cleaner to assist with servicing the property. Early check-in for before 1pm require booking the previous night at a discounted rate, if available. Contact host for details.

The space is a single Condo in a large Condominium building. There is secure off street parking along with an elevator to the third floor where the unit is located. Street parking is not guaranteed and if you choose to utilize street parking please be sure to follow city and state laws.
*Pack-n-play/highchairs must be reserved.
*Please note that per city permit laws, this home has an internal noise monitoring device. This is not a recording device, and it only monitors noise levels. Placement of this device was made mandatory by the city.

Mike’s place was great. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Only problem I had was getting into the building. The code I was provided via messages worked for my room door not the building door. I did end up figuring out that I needed to flip the code to get in the building other than that this place was excellent.

The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect—just a short distance from the conference venue and close to restaurants and shops.
