Cute and comfortable. Great location for walking to the Jazz Fest or events at the race track. Walkable to a few stores and restaurants as well. Quick taxi ride to the French Quarter. Great spot, would love to stay here again!

I really loved this place. It was on bourbon street, but a little ways away from the noise, which was nice. They had free coffee and tea. Even had laundry detergent so I didn’t have to go buy some. Overall a great time in New Orleans!

Cool place, no problems. Curtain rod hung too low and interfered with opening and closing bedroom door leading to street. Would recommend deadbolt on bedroom door which leads to street. Beautiful courtyard, fantastic location.

We had a wonderful stay at Particular Point. We really appreciate Ryan’s attention to detail. Meeting his mom in person was lovely. Neighborhood was nice and easy to travel. Bed sheets ironed. Plenty of towels and great bathroom setup.
